The minimally disturbed North Fork of the San Gabriel River in Los Angeles County, left, and channelized Forrester Creek in San Diego County are among the stream sites placed into ecological condition categories by a 16-member expert panel convened by SCCWRP to develop a Biological Condition Gradient model for wadeable streams statewide.
